Accessibility Statement

Foundry Managed IT Solutions wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including anyone using a screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, speech input, magnification, or a browser with custom colours and text sizes.

Conformance status

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: it meets the standard as far as our automated testing and our own review can establish, but it has not yet been through an independent manual audit, so we cannot claim full conformance. We will update this page when that audit is complete.

What we have done

• Every page is reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
• A skip-to-content link is the first focusable element on every page.
• Interactive components are built on Radix primitives, which carry the expected ARIA roles, states and keyboard behaviour.
• Colour contrast is checked against WCAG AA thresholds in both the light and dark themes.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Forms use real labels tied to their inputs, and errors are announced in text rather than by colour alone.
• Content reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling, and remains usable at 200% zoom.
• Motion is decorative only and respects your operating system’s reduce-motion setting.

How we test

Automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks run with axe-core against every key page on every change, in both light and dark themes, and a build fails if any serious or critical violation appears. Automated tools catch roughly a third of the standard, so we also review new pages by keyboard and with a screen reader before they ship.

Known limitations

We would rather tell you what is imperfect than claim it is not:

• No independent manual accessibility audit has been carried out yet, so there may be issues our own testing has not surfaced.
• Some blog posts include syntax-highlighted code blocks that scroll horizontally on narrow screens. They are keyboard-scrollable, but the experience is not ideal.
• Our booking and scheduling step is provided by a third party. We have chosen a provider that publishes its own accessibility commitment, but we do not control that page. If it blocks you, email us and we will arrange the call directly.

We treat accessibility reports as faults, not feedback.

Enforcement

In the United Kingdom, service providers have duties under the Equality Act 2010, and complaints can be taken to the Equality Advisory and Support Service. In the European Union, the European Accessibility Act sets accessibility requirements for certain services, enforced by national market surveillance authorities. In the United States, Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to places of public accommodation. If you are unsatisfied with how we respond, those are the routes open to you.

This statement was prepared on 8 September 2026 based on a self-assessment of the site against WCAG 2.2 AA, supported by the automated test suite described above.
